The Configurator A configuration designates the specific program settings or hardware components in a computer. connects CARAT with the Online portals of the affiliated manufacturers. From there, you can select appliances and accessories and take them directly over in a CARAT planning. The Digital Sales Assistant (DSA) online portal from Tradeplace replaces the previous online portal HPL+ connected in CARAT. The changeover took place on 1 October 2025.

What do you need to use the new Digital Sales Assistant online portal?

After logging in, the Digital Sales Assistant of your selected manufacturer will open. You can then select appliances from the Displayed wild cards from your commission and replace them with appliances from the configurator.

Articles that are planned in with the configurator can only be replaced or deleted in the configurator. You will receive a relevant Message if you try to Replace or Delete these articles in the Parts list. By clicking on To the configurator, you can switch directly to the configurator and carry out the Deletion or Replacement there. Ordering subsequently takes then placed in CARAT, as usual.
